如何烤大闸蟹

简单说,就是要先水煮,然后掰开/切开/割开/剖开。。。再放料烤,再搭回大闸蟹的样子。

大闸蟹先要养!把肠子里的***给放空
然后要洗!尤其大钳毛茸茸的里面会有很多泥沙!腹部那里也是= =!
不然你吃起来一吃一口泥=、= LS说到重点上了
