+ Changes to the All Stop command mean that a ship issued All Stop All stop命令(哪来的这个命令 不是full stop吗)现在意味着执行该命令的舰船会恢复到正常姿态
will return to Normal Stance. If a ship is answering All Stop and (这里的姿态是指追击,近战等)而一个正在相应all stop命令的船改变姿态的话,她会再次移动。
