ImprovedRaces R14 RC11 (1.04.2010)

This is continuation of great plugin written by 7ate9tin11s. Since he is not around for a moment, I took care of it trying to balance and patch it up to make it more stable and better. My work here is really very minor, I am not skilled scripter by any means. As most of you who tried R14 edition noticed, it had big problems with stability caused by insane numbers of ships, and also caused game to crawl or crash. I managed to fix most annoying bugs.

As always with programming, there are surely new bugs that will pop-up here and there, but as for now it is definitely in better shape and better balanced than original R14 RC2

In addition, I include optional pack of 4 files:
- Real Defence Mission by Mysterial
- Real Defence Mission by Mysterial - Khaak 'edition'
- Missile Rebalance Mod by Imperium3, with slightly modified Khaak missiles for performance upgrade (no swarm missiles for Khaak)
- Modified jobs file with changed Xenon spawn rates

Installation:

Start new game, change pilot name to Thereshallbewings, save, unpack 7zip archives into game directory, load game. DO NOT install plugin before you start game (otherwise Terran gamestarts will not work - terrans will kill you after 1 minute)

If you want to use Hot War option (race wars), remember to set up race relations properly. ATF And Terrans are 2 separate options, but are seen as one by other races. If you set them up differently, it may lead to awkward situations (like: ATF considers Split as friend, but Split consider Terrans as enemy and will attack ATF Assault ships)
重点上面这个：意思就是ATF和TERRANS这是两个独立的组织，但是会被其他种族认为是一个种族（都是人类？呵呵），如果你把这两者的关系变的不一样，会导致异常现象比如ATF会将SPLIT作为朋友，但是SPLIT将TERRANS当做敌人。反正意思就是保持一致的好。
