进去以后Ctrl+F搜一下“Infekted”这哥们的帖子，他问了跟你同样的问题，有人给他回答了

Infekted:
If you complete this plot before getting a PHQ will you lose out on Thor & Valk blueprints? Or will the randomly appear when you get the PHQ?
Because really on a normal play through this plot would be completed before the HUB is finished.

The-Gizmo:
Some moderator or egosoft person said that you still get those blueprints if you don't have the PHQ. They will show up in your blueprint list when you do get one. I haven't tested this myself, nor do I ever plan on doing that HUB plot again.
