It's from the same as The Hub plot. You find the random boron, unlock the hub, TOTALLY fix the hub (would takes weeks-months w/o cheats), deliver the Boron to Kingdom's End so she can report Julian and Bala Gi missing, get CONGRATULATIONS mission for the hub plot.
- wait 2 or 3 hours -
Get contacted by the Boron, meet up with a Boron Ray in Ocean of Fantasy, fend off some Yaki, fly to CloudBase SW, talk to an Argon Cerberus, scout the second Yaki sector, fly back, destroy the mines, destroy the outpost, report back to Kingdom's End, go to one of those foggy sectors and meet up with the same Boron from before, save some scientists from a pirate base, go back to KE, find the Boron Orca which is actually Bala Gi's mobile HQ, capture it, and you get to keep it and

看来是有HQ了，不过似乎这回的HQ会跑？但如果就一个TL大小停靠个头的战舰……
