out of sector,就是你不在的星区的战斗,这种战斗不是像你在的时候那样是3D射击的,而是传统的攻防计算(大概),所以,无视命中率,无视机动性(但是还是要考虑速度,慢了就追不上或者无法及时赶到),无视射速(据说),而且hull伤害作用较高。。。这么说,用大船加大炮可以取得最好的OOS效果。。。
下面是各种武器OOS战斗时候的排序,以及一些解释说明。。

* - IDs are first for the obvious reason that they can't destroy a target.
** - Another obvious point, only effective if there's ammo aboard. For patrols they're probably not the best choice.
*** - The aEMPC does less shield damage than the bBPE, but because of their insane hull damage they're more effective.
**** - aHEPTs are almost as good on shields as the gPSG, but again, because of the hull damage they're more effective.
Some points to note:
1. A weapon's rate of fire is not calculated OOS. e.g. PBEs are not as good as they are IS.
2. Every mounted weapon in every turret is added together when calculating the damage each ship will do to its opponent in each turn of combat.
3. The damage each ship actually inflicts in each turn is a random value between 0 and the maximum. |
