Paradox have not supported localization past initial release of SotS2 - as we have said before, we still intended to bring the localization up to date, with help from a variety of interested players. We are in the process of setting this up now. There is no tool release involved, just a lot... A LOT... of organization. There is an extraordinary amount of text in SotS2.

I appreciate everyone's patience. Once this gets rolling, it will automatically make languages beyond German and Russian possibilities, provided the translations can be made and we can implement any code requirements.

咋感觉3狗纯粹就是在敷衍了事呢？等它工具出了，新一个世代游戏都诞生了，到时候谁还玩它啊
