Hello,

Briefly, we have updated the terms of service to the message board and as
they have always promised, this is us making a best effort to let you know.

The changes clarify certain guidelines of behavior. It likely doesn't
affect you and will better explain how things are intended to run on these
boards. It also makes it explicit that the board system has this mass
messaging system and it will be used from time to time for company business
and maintenance of the boards. These messages are, as a default set by
phpbb designers, on, but can be turned off user account settings.
