the weapon lines are or rather should be:
"Standard mk*" - same efficiency vs all shields and armors - 7 levels starting with 30%
"* Slayer" - 250% efficiency vs the named shield and armor
"Depleter mk*" - same efficiency though much better than "standard" vs all shields only ! 7 levels
"Destroyer mk*" - same efficiency though much better than "standard" vs all armors only ! 7 levels
"Nemesis of *" - 250% efficiency vs an enemy ship specific shield and armor combination

A mk* weapon got a decreasing chance for higher level to appear in shop : 1:90% 2:70% 3:50% 4:40% 5:30% 6:20% 7:10%
A *Slayer weapon have a 20% chance to show up

另一個 "可選用"的遊戲修改 ( optional mod ) 在globalshipdata 文件中:
the armor and shield ending values are increased to a much higher state ! (i did that after seeing at gamestart rookie lvl
a pirate with 565shield !)
increased base (30->60) and end damage(50->120) and storage (starts now at 6 up to 46) for projectiles a lot
- missile combat can be usefull now !
And just in case this works for the enemies too: nanobot storage increased : now it ranges from 2 up to 22.
Traders rejoice now with the trader and some cargo upgrades you can haul tons of goods !
(that is if you dont mind that your own race with 100% diplomatic relation wants your precious cargo and attacks you!)
some changes to globaldata too :
teleport range for cargo increased to 5000
scientists mining bonus set to 15 as it should be
adventurer mining bonus set to 20 (you know the quest for loot and fortune)
Bribe to stop attack increased to 300
special move power (double tap strafing) reduced the consumption of afterburner fuel (blue bar)
